The weather was stormy—in the truest sense of the word. But neither rain nor thunderstorms could dampen our enjoyment of two exciting and enriching days at the Starkenfeldhütte.
For the second time, we’ve set aside time together with Matthias Strolz—an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and organizational developer—to focus on our personal and professional growth. The discussion wasn’t just about the future of VIVIUS, but also about ourselves, our collaboration, and how we want to move forward together.
We did a lot of thinking, discussing, laughing, and discovering new perspectives. Away from our usual work routine, we had time for open conversations, new ideas, and an honest look at what lies ahead.
In the end, the sun even came out again—and in terms of the content, we headed home with a great deal of clarity, new inspiration, and fresh energy.
A big thank you to Matthias for his inspiring guidance, and to our team for their openness, the discussions we shared, and these special days we spent together.
