The municipality of Eppan commissioned VIVIUS to provide consulting services for the new Rastwiesen implementation plan. The focus was on aspects of sustainability: the preservation and reforestation of the park and recreation area, the creation of affordable housing, and the promotion of green mobility.

A vibrant, community-oriented neighborhood is to be created through targeted mixed-use development. During the planning and evaluation processes, VIVIUS’s in-house planners and engineers received comprehensive support from the interdisciplinary expertise and professional know-how of external partners.
