Essential

Always active

These elements are necessary to ensure the basic functionality of the website.

Marketing

Essential

These elements are used to provide advertising that is better tailored to you and your interests. They can also be used to limit the frequency with which you see an advertisement and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising networks usually place these elements with the consent of the website operator.

Personalization

Essential

These elements allow the website to remember the choices you have made (e.g. your username, language or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personalized features. For example, a website can show you local weather reports or traffic news by storing information about your current location.

Analytics

Essential

These elements help the website operator to understand how their website works, how visitors interact with the site and whether there may be technical problems. This type of storage does not usually collect information that directly identifies a visitor.
