VIVIUS meets | Municipality of Brixen

VIVIUS met with City Councilwoman Monika Leitner to present the cluster’s concept and mission. Key topics included the promotion of a sustainable building culture, training programs such as continuing education at BASIS Vinschgau, research projects such as the Diocese of Brixen’s rental building constructed entirely of solid wood, and the development of a guide to radically sustainable construction.

This was followed by a follow-up meeting with Mayor Jungmann and City Councilwoman Leitner. The discussion focused on the NOI building standard, innovative planning approaches, and a pool of experts to support projects such as the neighborhood planning for the Rastwiese in Eppan. The conversation laid the groundwork for closer cooperation and provided valuable insights for sustainable construction and planning projects in the municipality of Brixen.
