VIVIUS meets | Green Building Factory

At the meeting with the Green Building Factory, VIVIUS presented the cluster’s focus as well as key projects such as the Gand Kiosk, SUSMAT, the collaboration with the Diocese of Brixen, the guidelines for the NOI Techpark, the Rastwiesen consulting project, and the “VIVIUS Learns” initiative.

Following this, the Green Building Factory presented its areas of expertise and highlighted numerous opportunities for collaboration. These include, among other things, sustainability as a quality attribute in the building sector, certifications, and regulatory aspects such as the EU Taxonomy and DNSH; conducting life-cycle assessments to reduce the carbon footprint; and the calculation and certification of carbon credits. In addition, the Green Building Factory contributed its expertise in project construction management and lean construction principles.

The meeting highlighted the breadth of common ground and the potential that cooperation offers for the further development of sustainable construction projects.
