Founded by experienced carpenters Mathias Piazzi and Martin Zuech, the company focuses on high-quality wood construction with an emphasis on sustainability and the circular economy. Among LokHaus+’s strengths are the design and construction of custom timber homes using the company’s proprietary Loksystem+, a wall system made from local wood that is virtually free of adhesives and plastic sheeting, ensuring optimal insulation and energy efficiency. In addition to traditional carpentry work, LokHaus+ offers sustainable renovations, wood-frame building additions, the fabrication of carports, facades, and other wooden structures, as well as professional sheet metal work. By reusing materials, the company actively contributes to the conservation of resources.
